One of the key advantages is flexibility. Our horsebox bar is fully mobile and can be set up almost anywhere with suitable access. This makes it ideal for outdoor venues or marquee weddings where a traditional bar setup might not be available.

How it works: Guests pay for their own drinks.
What's included: We provide the staff, bar setup, and drink stock. You will be required to pay a basic rental fee and meet a minimum spend.

How it works: You (the host) cover the cost of all drinks for the duration of the event.
What's included: Unlimited drinks (within reason), full staffing, and service. We may limit it to house spirits, wine, beer, and soft drinks unless you upgrade.
Ideal for: Hosts who want to treat their guests and create a more generous, celebratory atmosphere.
How it works: You provide a set number of drink tokens or cover a certain bar tab in advance; after that, it becomes a cash bar.
What's included: Staff and setup, with partial drinks covered.
Ideal for: Those wanting to offer a complimentary drink or two without committing to a full open bar.
How it works: You rent just the bar structure and staff—you provide the alcohol.
